At Broadway & Sons, we take pride in our curated vintage and high-quality garments; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization slip is included inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
